Two ready-made decks for the conversation that comes before the training does: telling your workforce who Living Security is and what is about to change for them. Both are editable, so you can add your own branding, policies, and program dates.

Which deck to use

The migration deck sets expectations that a first-time launch does not need — what carries over, what looks different, and where learners go now. Use it whenever people have an existing habit to unlearn, whatever time of year it is.

Before you present

  • Add your program dates and your own branding.
  • Name the person sponsoring the program. A recognizable internal sponsor lands better than a vendor introduction.
  • Say where learners go and how they will be notified.
  • Decide who presents. These work as a live all-hands session, a manager cascade, or a recorded video.
Pair a deck with written messaging rather than sending it alone. An email from the program sponsor ahead of the session, and a follow-up in your chat tool afterwards, both lift attendance.
