This short tour gives you a useful first result without changing your organization’s configuration.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Living Security Dashboard
  • Permission to view your organization’s workforce and risk data
  • At least one completed identity or security-data sync for organization-specific results
If your organization has not connected data yet, you can still complete the tour. Empty states will direct you to onboarding or integration setup instead of showing organization-specific results.

1. Check Your Starting Point

Open Home. Look for your organization’s HRI summary, workforce information, and available insights. You should see one of two states:
  • Data is available: note the current HRI and one cohort or risk area you want to investigate.
  • Setup is incomplete: open the onboarding task shown on Home or the Journey Map and note the first required task.
HRI is a 0–1000 vigilance measure where higher scores indicate lower risk. See Human Risk Index before using it in reporting or decision-making.

2. Inspect the Workforce

Open Workforce and select People.
  1. Use the available search or filters to find a person.
  2. Open the person’s details.
  3. Review the risk summary, identities, and recent activities available to you.
You should now be able to identify which source data contributes to that person’s workforce record. If no people appear, return to Onboarding and verify the identity-provider tasks.

3. Ask Livvy a Grounded Question

Open Ask Livvy and ask:
What should I review first in my organization’s human risk data?
Follow up by asking Livvy to explain one cited metric, cohort, or risk factor. Livvy’s response depends on your permissions and connected data, so confirm important conclusions in the linked platform view.

4. Follow the Program Loop

Use the main navigation to see how work moves through the platform:
  1. Workforce — people, agents, cohorts, segments, and their activity
  2. Intelligence — signals and prioritized findings
  3. Playbooks — coordinated interventions
  4. Outcomes — metrics, reports, and evidence of change
You do not need to create or launch anything during this tour. Your organization may show only the capabilities included in its entitlements.

5. Choose Your Next Task

You located your organization’s current setup state, inspected a workforce record, asked Livvy a data-grounded question, and chose the next task in the program loop.
