Step 1: Understanding the Dashboard

When you first log in, you’ll see the Home screen with your organization’s key metrics at a glance:

Human Risk Index (HRI)

Your organization’s overall risk score, calculated from behavioral, threat, and identity signals. Learn more about how HRI is calculated.

Cohort Breakdown

Your workforce segmented by department, location, or custom criteria. See which groups need the most attention.

Insights & Recommendations

AI-generated insights highlighting risk patterns and suggested actions to improve your security posture.

Step 2: Meet Livvy

Livvy is your AI-powered assistant, available throughout the platform. She can:
  • Answer questions about your organization’s risk
  • Generate insights from your security data
  • Create interventions like training campaigns and nudges
  • Build reports for executives and stakeholders
Try asking Livvy: “What’s happening in my organization?” to get a quick summary of your current risk posture.
To access Livvy:
  • Use the chat interface on the Home screen
  • Click the Livvy icon in the sidebar
  • Right-click on any element with contextual help

Step 3: Explore Your Workforce

Navigate to Workforce to see your organization’s people, cohorts, and risk distribution:
  1. Overview - High-level view of workforce risk
  2. People - Individual user profiles with activity and risk scores
  3. Cohorts - Groups of users for targeted analysis and interventions
  4. Agents - AI agents in your environment (if applicable)

Step 4: Review Intelligence

The Intelligence section surfaces AI-driven insights and recommendations:
  • Recommendations - Suggested actions to reduce risk
  • Insights - Patterns and trends detected in your data
These are automatically generated based on your integrated data sources and updated regularly.

Step 5: Take Action

When you’re ready to intervene, use the Actions section to:
  • Create Playbooks for automated response workflows
  • Deploy Interventions like training assignments or nudges
