Connected

Shows all integrations you’ve already set up. Each card displays the integration name, icon, current status (active, paused, pending, or error), and the last sync time. Click any integration to open its detail page where you can edit credentials, adjust sync scope, and view sync history.

Catalog

Browse available integrations organized by category. Use the search bar at the top to filter by name or description. Each card shows:
  • Integration name, icon, and description
  • A Connected badge if already set up
  • A Connect button to start the OAuth flow (or Manage if already connected)
At the bottom of the catalog, use Custom Push Source to push data directly via the API, or Request an Integration if you don’t see what you need.
The catalog grows automatically as new integrations are added. The in-app catalog is always the authoritative list.

Syncs

Shows all data sync configurations across your connections with summary counts for total, active, and paused syncs. Each sync card shows the integration name, status, model name, and last sync time. Use Sync Now to trigger an immediate sync without waiting for the next scheduled run. The page auto-refreshes every 5 seconds while any syncs are active or pending.

Actions

Shows the last 50 action runs across all connections. Summary counts at the top show total, completed, running, and failed runs. Each card shows the action name, integration, status, when it was triggered, and how long it ran. Failed runs include the error message and a Retry button.

Upload

Import identity or activity data into the platform via CSV file. Drop a file into the upload area or click to pick one — the platform auto-detects whether the file contains identity or activity data based on its column headers. The page shows upload history with per-file status (pending, processing, completed, or failed) and a download link for any rows that errored. Expand the Column Reference section on the upload page for the full list of supported fields for each data type.

Outbound Channels

Outbound notification channels — Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Webhooks — are managed at a separate page: Settings → Integrations → Outbound. These channels let the platform send training notifications, security alerts, and event data to your communication tools.
