Outbound integrations allow Living Security to send notifications, alerts, and updates to your team’s communication channels. Use these integrations to keep stakeholders informed about training progress, security events, and playbook results.
For Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat nudge delivery to people, use Settings → Communications → Channels. For custom reporting and data exports, use the Public API.

  • Only grant necessary permissions to integration tokens
  • Regularly rotate credentials
  • Review which data is included in notifications
  • Use the regional Teams package and Microsoft tenant shown in Living Security
