Solutions to common issues in the Living Security Platform.

Login Issues

Check:
  1. You’re using the correct SSO provider
  2. Your account is active in your IdP
  3. You have platform access granted
  4. Browser cookies are enabled
If issues persist, contact your administrator.
This may be due to:
  • SSO session timeout settings
  • Browser security settings
  • Network connectivity
Try:
  • Logging in again
  • Using a different browser
  • Checking with IT about SSO settings

Integration Issues

Common causes:
  • Invalid credentials - Verify API key/secret
  • Insufficient permissions - Check required scopes
  • Network issues - Verify firewall/proxy settings
  • Rate limiting - Wait and retry

Check:
  1. Integration status in Settings
  2. Sync schedule configuration
  3. Error logs for specific issues
  4. Source system has data to sync
Try forcing a manual sync from integration settings.
Verify:
  • Users exist in source system
  • Sync scope includes those users
  • Field mappings are correct
  • No filtering excluding them

Campaign Issues

Check:
  1. Campaign is in “Active” state
  2. Schedule time hasn’t passed
  3. Audience has valid recipients
  4. Delivery channel is configured
Review campaign settings and logs.
Possible causes:
  • Invalid email addresses
  • Spam filter blocking
  • Quiet hours in effect
  • User opted out
Check communication logs for delivery status.

Data Issues

HRI updates when new data arrives. Check:
  • Integrations are syncing
  • Activities are being recorded
  • No system delays
HRI typically updates within 24 hours of activity.
Verify:
  • Source data is correct
  • Field mappings are right
  • Filters aren’t hiding data
  • Refresh the page/cache
