Livvy is the AI assistant built into the Living Security Platform. She helps you understand your security data, get insights, create actions, and generate reports through natural conversation.
Livvy can:
  • Answer questions about your security data
  • Surface insights and patterns
  • Recommend actions to reduce risk
  • Create playbooks and actions
  • Generate reports
  • Navigate the platform
  • Explain features and concepts

Livvy is available:
  • Home screen - Main chat interface
  • Sidebar - Click the Livvy icon
  • Context menu - Right-click on elements
  • Keyboard - Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + L on elements
Livvy only accesses data within your organization’s tenant. She sees:
  • Data from your configured integrations
  • Your organization’s HRI and metrics
  • Content in your library
She cannot access other organizations’ data.
Yes. Conversations are:
  • Private to your organization
  • Not used to train models
  • Logged for audit purposes
  • Accessible only to authorized users
No. For any action that affects your organization (sending playbooks, assigning training), Livvy always asks for confirmation before proceeding.
Livvy includes confidence levels in her responses. If something seems wrong:
  • Ask for clarification
  • Request the underlying data
  • Report issues to support
Livvy continuously improves based on feedback.
