What it means
The credential authenticated successfully, but the permission this operation requires is explicitly denied for the principal. Unlikeinsufficient_permission (permission simply not granted), an explicit deny overrides any grant.
What to do
- Ask your organization’s administrators to review the deny rule on the credential’s service account.
- If the deny is intentional, use a different credential that is allowed to perform this operation.
- Do not retry with the same credential until the deny is removed.
