What it means
An unexpected error occurred while processing the request. Use therequest_id
when contacting Living Security Support.
What to do
- Retry safe (read) requests with bounded exponential backoff.
- A failed response does not prove a write failed. Retry a mutation automatically only when the operation explicitly documents safe retries. For an idempotent retry, preserve the original key, request body, resource path and API version. Sending a header to an operation that does not support idempotency provides no retry protection.
- If the error persists, contact Living Security Support with the
request_id, UTC timestamp, method, and path.
