# 整合常見問題

  <Accordion title="有哪些可用的整合？">
    本平台支援 50 種以上的整合，涵蓋下列類型：

    * **人資系統** - Workday、BambooHR、ADP 等。
    * **身分識別提供者** - Okta、Azure AD、Google Workspace
    * **安全工具** - SIEM、DLP、端點防護
    * **通訊** - Slack、Microsoft Teams、電子郵件

  <Accordion title="哪些整合是必要的？">
    至少需要下列項目：

    * **身分識別提供者** - 用於使用者驗證
    * **一個資料來源** - 具備使用者屬性的人資系統或 IdP

    建議另外加入：

    * 用於組織架構的人資系統
    * 用於傳送提醒的通訊平台
    * 用於取得威脅訊號的安全工具

  <Accordion title="整合設定需要多長時間？">
    若您具備下列條件，大多數整合可在 15 至 30 分鐘內完成：

    * 來源系統的管理員存取權限
    * 所需的 API 憑證
    * 網路連線

    較複雜的整合可能需要更長時間。

  <Accordion title="整合需要哪些權限？">
    每項整合都會載明所需的權限。一般而言：

    * 使用者/員工資料的讀取權限
    * 相關記錄/事件的讀取權限
    * 若需要雙向同步，則需寫入權限

    我們採用最小權限的存取模式。

  <Accordion title="整合後我的資料安全嗎？">
    是的。資料具備下列保護：

    * 傳輸中加密（TLS 1.3）
    * 靜態加密
    * 依租用戶隔離
    * 存取時留有稽核記錄
    * 符合企業安全標準

  <Accordion title="資料多久同步一次？">
    同步頻率取決於整合類型：

    * **即時** - 以 Webhook 為基礎（即刻）
    * **每小時** - 以輪詢為基礎（可設定）
    * **每日** - 批次處理

    請在整合設定中進行設定。

  <Accordion title="如果我需要的整合不在清單中該怎麼辦？">
