# service_unavailable

> 公用 API 錯誤 service_unavailable — 服務無法傳回成功的回應（HTTP 503）。

## 說明

服務無法針對此操作傳回成功的回應。請依照下列復原步驟處理。對於寫入操作，此錯誤無法確定該操作是否已生效。

## 建議處理方式

* 對於讀取操作，請採用指數退避（exponential backoff）與抖動（jitter），在有限的重試次數與時間預算內重試。若回應中含有 `Retry-After`，請遵循其指示。
* 對於寫入操作，`503` 並不代表沒有任何變更發生。請依照該操作已記載的復原程序處理。僅在該操作明確支援時才自動重試，並請保留原始的 `Idempotency-Key`、請求本文、資源路徑及 API 版本。
* 請勿為了重試結果不明的寫入操作而改用新的金鑰。若已知資源 ID，請擷取該資源；否則請先進行調查，再提交其他操作。
* 若錯誤持續發生，請聯絡 [Living Security Support](mailto:support@livingsecurity.com)，並提供回應中的 `request_id`。
