# internal_error

> 公用 API 錯誤 internal_error — 處理要求時發生非預期的錯誤（HTTP 500）。

## 意義說明

處理要求時發生非預期的錯誤。聯絡 Living Security 支援團隊時，請提供 `request_id`。

## 建議處理方式

* 對於安全（讀取）要求，請使用有上限的指數退避機制進行重試。
* 回應失敗並不代表寫入作業一定失敗。僅當作業文件明確說明可安全重試時，才可自動重試變更作業。進行等冪重試時，請保留原始金鑰、要求本文、資源路徑及 API 版本。若將標頭傳送至不支援等冪性的作業，將無法提供任何重試保護。
* 若錯誤持續發生，請聯絡 [Living Security 支援團隊](mailto:support@livingsecurity.com)，並提供 `request_id`、UTC 時間戳記、方法及路徑。
