# unauthorized

> 公共 API 错误 unauthorized——身份验证失败或未提供 API 凭据（HTTP 401）。

## 含义

请求中未提供有效的 API 凭据。无论凭据缺失、格式错误还是未知，响应均刻意保持一致，以防止有人利用该 API 探测哪些密钥存在。

将有效密钥发送到另一个区域的主机时，同样会返回此代码。请使用分配给贵组织的[区域主机](/zh-Hans/developers/v1/regions)。

## 处理建议

* 确认请求以受支持的形式（API 密钥或持有者令牌）发送凭据，并确认 `Authorization` 标头格式正确。
* 确认已完整复制密钥值——密钥仅在创建时显示一次，之后无法再次获取。
* 确认请求使用的是贵组织所属区域的 `/v1` 主机。请参阅[区域](/zh-Hans/developers/v1/regions)。
* 如果密钥可能已被禁用、已过期或已被撤销，请在 Developer Hub 中创建或轮换凭据，并使用新的密钥重试。
