# service_unavailable

> 公共 API 错误 service_unavailable——服务无法返回成功响应（HTTP 503）。

## 含义

服务无法针对此操作返回成功响应。请按照下述恢复步骤进行处理。对于写入操作，该错误无法确定操作是否已生效。

## 处理建议

* 对于读取操作，请采用指数退避并加入抖动（jitter），在有限的尝试次数和时间预算内重试。如果响应中包含 `Retry-After`，请遵循其要求。
* 对于写入操作，`503` 并不能证明没有任何操作发生。请遵循该操作文档中规定的恢复流程。仅当该操作明确支持自动重试时才可自动重试，并且请保留原始的 `Idempotency-Key`、请求正文、资源路径和 API 版本。
* 请勿为重试状态不确定的写入操作而更换新的密钥。如果已知资源 ID，请先获取该资源；否则，请先进行排查，再提交新的操作。
* 如果错误持续出现，请联系 [Living Security 支持团队](mailto:support@livingsecurity.com)，并提供响应中的 `request_id`。
