# internal_error

> 公共 API 错误 internal_error——处理请求时发生意外错误（HTTP 500）。

## 含义

处理请求时发生意外错误。联系 Living Security 支持团队时，请提供`request_id`。

## 处理方法

* 对安全（读取）请求，请采用有上限的指数退避策略进行重试。
* 响应失败并不能证明写入操作失败。仅当操作文档明确说明可安全重试时，才可自动重试变更请求。进行幂等重试时，请保持原始密钥、请求正文、资源路径和 API 版本不变。向不支持幂等性的操作发送标头不会提供任何重试保护。
* 如果错误持续出现，请联系 [Living Security 支持团队](mailto:support@livingsecurity.com)，并提供`request_id`、UTC 时间戳、请求方法和路径。
