# credential_inactive

> 公共 API 错误 credential_inactive — API 凭据存在，但未处于活动状态（HTTP 401）。

## 含义

系统已识别该凭据，但该凭据当前未处于活动状态，因此无法对请求进行身份验证。凭据可能因已被禁用或尚未激活而处于非活动状态。

## 处理方法

* 在 Developer Hub 中检查该凭据的状态。
* 重新启用该凭据，或创建新凭据并将其密钥部署到您的集成中。
* 在凭据状态发生变化之前，请勿使用同一凭据重试——结果不会有任何不同。
