A new joint warning from the FBI and CISA confirms that hackers are actively targeting everyday messaging apps, not by cracking them, but by socially engineering users into giving up account codes. This is a timely reminder that even the most secure

**In this topical mini box, you’ll find:**

1. **A one-pager that briefly explains the situation and what your users can do to help keep their accounts secure.** We have provided a subject line for email distribution, but feel free to share via intranet, blog, or whatever channel works best for your organization.
