# internal_error

> 공개 API 오류 internal_error — 요청을 처리하는 중 예기치 않은 오류가 발생했습니다(HTTP 500).

## 의미

요청을 처리하는 중 예기치 않은 오류가 발생했습니다. Living Security 지원팀에 문의할 때 `request_id`를 함께 알려 주십시오.

## 조치 방법

* 안전한(읽기) 요청은 제한된 지수 백오프를 적용하여 재시도하십시오.
* 실패 응답이 반환되었다고 해서 쓰기 작업이 실패했다는 의미는 아닙니다. 해당 작업에서 안전한 재시도를 명시적으로 지원한다고 문서화된 경우에만 변경 요청을 자동으로 재시도하십시오. 멱등성 재시도를 수행할 때는 원래의 키, 요청 본문, 리소스 경로 및 API 버전을 그대로 유지하십시오. 멱등성을 지원하지 않는 작업에 헤더를 보내더라도 재시도 보호 기능은 제공되지 않습니다.
