# credential_inactive

> 공개 API 오류 credential_inactive — API 자격 증명은 존재하지만 활성 상태가 아닙니다(HTTP 401).

## 의미

자격 증명은 인식되었지만 현재 활성 상태가 아니므로 요청을 인증할 수 없습니다. 자격 증명이 비활성화되었거나 아직 활성화되지 않은 경우 비활성 상태가 될 수 있습니다.

## 조치 방법

* Developer Hub에서 자격 증명의 상태를 확인하십시오.
* 자격 증명을 다시 활성화하거나 새 자격 증명을 생성한 후 해당 시크릿을 통합 환경에 배포하십시오.
* 자격 증명의 상태가 변경되기 전에는 동일한 자격 증명으로 재시도하지 마십시오. 결과가 달라지지 않습니다.
